Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 30 calendar days from the date of issue (15 July 2025). Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account held in Spain Madrid:

Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all Web Designer services rendered by DigitalCraft Studio for the period specified above. All work was performed in compliance with the professional standards established for web design and development in Spain Madrid.
The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables listed in this Invoice and confirms satisfaction with the quality of the Web Designer work completed. Any additional modifications or new features requested after the 30-day support period will be subject to a separate Invoice and quotation.
All intellectual property rights to the final website design, code, and assets transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This document constitutes a valid commercial Invoice under Spanish tax regulations (Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria) and the applicable VAT regulations in force in Spain Madrid.
