Payment Due: Within 15 calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice, no later than 30 June 2025.
Terms and Conditions1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) regulations and the applicable commercial code for services rendered in Spain Valencia. All amounts are stated in Euros (EUR) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (IVA) at the standard rate of 21%.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) business days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Late Payment Directive (Real Decreto 4/2012), currently 8.5% per annum above the European Central Bank main refinancing rate.
3. All Web Designer intellectual property, including but not limited to source code, design files, wireframes, and brand assets created under this engagement, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, the Web Designer retains all copyright and reproduction rights.
4. The Web Designer guarantees that all deliverables are original work and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. The Web Designer shall indemnify the client against any claims arising from the use of licensed third-party assets incorporated into the project.
5. This Invoice covers the services and hours explicitly listed above. Any additional Web Designer work requested by the client beyond the agreed scope shall be subject to a separate change order and additional Invoice at the standard hourly rates indicated.
6. The Web Designer provides a thirty (30) day post-launch support period included in this Invoice, covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. Ongoing maintenance, content updates, and new feature development are available under a separate retainer agreement.
7. All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice and the underlying Web Designer services shall be handled in strict compliance with the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The client is the data controller; the Web Designer acts as data processor.
8. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved through the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the applicable Spanish civil and commercial law.
9. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Web Designer services rendered during the project period. No additional fees, surcharges, or expenses are owed beyond the total amount specified herein.
