Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to overdue balances as per Sri Lankan commercial regulations.

Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Web Designer services rendered between 01 May 2025 and 10 June 2025 for the Oceanic Trading & Exports corporate website project.
2. All source files, design assets, and code repositories have been transferred to the client upon final acceptance. The Web Designer retains no copies of proprietary client data.
3. The 30-day post-launch support period begins on 11 June 2025 and will expire on 10 July 2025. Any additional support beyond this period will be billed at LKR 12,000 per hour.
4. All services were performed by a certified Web Designer operating from Sri Lanka Colombo in compliance with the Information and Communication Technology Act of Sri Lanka.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax or regulatory changes in Sri Lanka.
6. Disputes regarding this Invoice should be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt. The Web Designer and the client agree to resolve any disagreements through mediation in Colombo, Sri Lanka before pursuing legal action.
