Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial and tax regulations of the Republic of Sudan, Khartoum State. All amounts are denominated in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) unless otherwise stated.
- The Web Designer (Nile Digital Solutions LLC) retains full intellectual property rights to all design templates, code frameworks, and proprietary tools used during the engagement. Upon full payment of this Invoice, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables.
- All project milestones and deliverables are subject to the signed Statement of Work (SOW) dated 20 May 2025, which is incorporated into this Invoice by reference.
- The Web Designer is not liable for third-party service outages (hosting providers, payment gateways, or internet infrastructure in Khartoum) that may affect website availability during the support period.
- Any additional scope beyond the items listed in this Invoice will be quoted separately and requires written client approval before work commences.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Web Designer reserves the right to re-quote pricing due to potential currency fluctuations in Sudan Khartoum.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with Sudanese law.
