Payment & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Amani Digital Web Design Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, in accordance with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) electronic invoicing guidelines effective from 2024.
Payment is to be made via bank transfer to: NMB Bank, Account Name: Amani Digital Web Design Studio, Account No: 0045-1234-5678-9, Branch: Masaki, Dar es Salaam. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-TZ-0472 in your transfer remarks.
A 2% late payment penalty will be applied to any balance outstanding beyond the 30 June 2025 due date, as stipulated in the service agreement signed in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are inclusive of standard delivery within the Dar es Salaam metropolitan area. Travel to client sites outside Dar es Salaam will be billed separately at TZS 150,000 per day.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice represents the final billing for the Web Designer services described above, as agreed upon in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 May 2025, executed in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- All intellectual property rights to the final website design, code, and digital assets transfer to the client upon full and verified payment of this Invoice.
- The Web Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing maintenance and support services if payment remains overdue for more than 30 days from the due date.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued by the Web Designer.
- The client acknowledges that all work performed by the Web Designer in Tanzania Dar es Salaam is subject to the Tanzania Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act, Cap. 336.
