Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by DigitalCraft Web Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in Uganda Kampala, in accordance with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) tax regulations and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2011.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement signed in Kampala.
3. All Web Designer deliverables listed above have been reviewed and approved by the client representative, Mr. David Nakato, on 12 June 2025. This Invoice reflects the final scope of work completed.
4. The Web Designer retains full intellectual property rights to all source code, design templates, and proprietary tools used during the project. The client receives a perpetual license to use the final website deliverables.
5. A three-month post-launch support period is included at no additional cost. The Web Designer will address any bugs, layout issues, or minor content updates arising within this period in Uganda Kampala.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Web Designer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if applicable.
