Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Alexandra M. Thornton, a licensed Web Designer operating in United States New York City, in accordance with the services agreement dated April 28, 2025. Payment of the full amount of $33,890.88 USD is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than July 12, 2025.
Accepted payment methods include wire transfer to the account listed below, ACH transfer, or certified check payable to "Thornton Digital Design Studio." Please reference Invoice number WDC-2025-0487 on all remittances.

Thank you for engaging the services of this Web Designer for your corporate website transformation. All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables, source code, and associated assets transfer to Meridian Hospitality Group, LLC upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to the client's written approval.
A complimentary 90-day post-launch support period is included, covering minor bug fixes, content adjustments, and performance monitoring. Any additional Web Designer services beyond this period will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $175.00 per hour, subject to a separate Invoice.
This Invoice has been prepared in compliance with all applicable tax regulations of the City of New York, New York State, and the United States federal government. The Web Designer is registered as a sole proprietorship with the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection and holds a valid Certificate of Authority for sales tax collection in the State of New York.
