Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial contract No. CT-2025-0112 dated 01 June 2025 between DigitalCraft Studio LLC and Navruz Trading Company JSC, both registered in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue a penalty of 0.5% per day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- All Web Designer services described in this Invoice shall be performed in full compliance with the intellectual property laws of Uzbekistan. Upon full payment, all source files, design assets, and code ownership shall be transferred to the client.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: DigitalCraft Studio LLC, Account No. 0011234567890123, National Bank of Uzbekistan, SWIFT: NBUZUZ2X, Branch: Tashkent City Center.
- The Web Designer reserves the right to publish the completed project in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is separately executed by both parties in Tashkent.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice from the Web Designer's billing department.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- The Web Designer guarantees a thirty (30) day defect liability period from the date of final project delivery. Any bugs or functional errors identified within this period shall be corrected at no additional cost.
