Payment Instructions
Please remit the total amount of 136,620,000 VND (One Hundred Thirty-Six Million Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Vietnamese Dong) via bank transfer to the account specified above. This Invoice must be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated under Vietnamese commercial law. All transactions are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) through the banking system of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Please reference Invoice number DC-2025-00472 in your payment remittance for accurate reconciliation.
Notes & Terms of Service
- This Invoice is issued by DigitalCraft Studio, a registered Web Designer and digital agency operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, in accordance with the Vietnamese Accounting Law and the Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC on electronic invoicing.
- All design deliverables, including source files, style guides, and documentation, will be transferred to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. No intellectual property rights are transferred until payment is confirmed.
- The Web Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to project commencement.
- Any additional scope changes or revisions beyond the agreed-upon deliverables outlined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and written approval from both parties.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the due date, the Web Designer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services will be resolved through negotiation in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, or through the competent court as defined by Vietnamese law.
