The following Invoice covers the complete scope of Web Designer services delivered by Tinashe Moyo Digital Design Studio to Shandi Trading & Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. All design, development, and deployment work was carried out from our studio premises in Borrowdale, Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 02 May 2025. Important: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due within 14 days of the Invoice date as per the agreed terms. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to outstanding balances in accordance with Zimbabwean commercial practice. Please ensure that the 5% Withholding Tax is deducted and remitted to ZIMRA on our behalf, and a tax certificate is provided upon settlement of this Invoice.
Warranty: The Web Designer guarantees all deliverables against defects in design and code for a period of 90 days from the date of final acceptance. Any issues arising within this period in Harare or elsewhere in Zimbabwe will be addressed at no additional cost.
Acceptance: By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The Web Designer services described above have been completed to the satisfaction of both parties as of 10 June 2025.
