Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) per applicable Argentine commercial law. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Province of Buenos Aires and the Nation of Argentina. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in the competent courts of Argentina Buenos Aires.
Additional Notes & Certifications
All welding services described in this Invoice were performed by a certified Welder holding valid AWS and ASME certifications, registered with the Argentine Chamber of Welding Professionals (Cámara Argentina de Soldadores Profesionales). The Welder complied with all occupational safety regulations set forth by the Ministry of Labor of the Province of Buenos Aires (Ley 19.587 – Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo).
Weld procedure specifications (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR) referenced in this Invoice are available upon request. All non-destructive testing reports (RT, UT, MT) are attached as Appendices A through D to this Invoice document. The client acknowledges that acceptance of this Invoice constitutes acceptance of all weld quality records and inspection reports delivered concurrently.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Forja Argentina Welding Services S.R.L. reserves the right to issue a corrected Invoice in the event of clerical errors. All work was performed within the jurisdiction of Argentina Buenos Aires, and all applicable municipal permits and environmental compliance certificates have been obtained from the corresponding local authorities.
