Invoice Notes & Welder Certification Details
This Invoice confirms the completion of all welding services rendered by the certified Welder Carlos R. Domínguez at the client's construction site located in Argentina Córdoba. All welds were executed in strict compliance with the applicable Argentine technical standards (IRAM) and international codes (AWS D1.1 for structural steel, ASME B31.3 for process piping).

- All welding services described in this Invoice were performed by a qualified and insured Welder operating under the commercial name Andes Welding Solutions S.R.L., registered in the commercial registry of Córdoba, Argentina.
- The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables and confirms that the welds meet the quality specifications outlined in the original contract (Ref. CT-2025-0112, signed in Argentina Córdoba on May 20, 2025).
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina, in accordance with the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.
- This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for tax purposes in Argentina. The client is responsible for the corresponding accounting treatment and any applicable tax credits or deductions.
