Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Dhaka Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd. for professional welder services rendered in Bangladesh Dhaka. Payment of the full amount of BDT 411,196.00 (Bangladeshi Taka Four Lakh Eleven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Six) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date. The welder team will not commence the next phase of work until the current Invoice is settled in full. All welding work is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion, covering defects in workmanship only. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. For any disputes regarding the scope of welder services or billing, both parties agree to resolve matters through amicable negotiation in Bangladesh Dhaka before resorting to legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of the Dhaka District Court.

Additional Notes & Welder Service Details
This Invoice covers all welder labor, consumables (welding rods, MIG wire, TIG filler, shielding gas), and standard equipment usage for the specified welding operations in Bangladesh Dhaka. The lead welder, Mr. Kamal Hossain, holds valid certifications from the Bangladesh Welding Council and has completed AWS D1.1 structural welding qualification. All welding procedures were performed in accordance with BS EN ISO 3834 and local Bangladesh building codes. The welder team consisted of four (4) certified welders, two (2) assistants, and one (1) quality inspector. All safety protocols as mandated by the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 were strictly observed throughout the project duration.
