Please include the Invoice number as a reference on your payment. Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate of 10% per annum as per Belgian commercial law (Article 5:111 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). A late payment fee of €25.00 will be applied to any Invoice not settled by the due date.
Notes & Terms Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all welding services performed by the certified Welder Thomas Janssens at the specified Belgium Brussels construction site between 2 June 2025 and 11 June 2025. All work was carried out in compliance with Belgian national standards (NBN EN 1090) and the specific regulations of the Brussels-Capital Region building authority.
2. The Welder confirms that all welds have been visually inspected and, where required, subjected to ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) in accordance with the project quality plan. Certificates of conformity are available upon request and are attached to this Invoice as Appendix A.
3. All materials (welding wire, electrodes, shielding gas, and filler rods) are included in the rates listed above unless otherwise noted. The Welder used only materials certified for use in Belgium Brussels industrial and construction applications.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Belgium Brussels market.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Belgium Brussels, in accordance with Belgian law.
6. The Welder maintains full professional liability insurance (€5,000,000 coverage) valid throughout the duration of the contract and for 24 months following completion of all welding work. A copy of the insurance certificate is available upon request.
