Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the issue date via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account details below. Late payments are subject to a 1% monthly interest charge plus a 2% fine, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil, Art. 412).

All welder services described in this Invoice are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in welder workmanship discovered within this period will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All welder personnel assigned to this project in Brazil Brasília hold valid certifications from the American Welding Society (AWS) and are registered with the Brazilian Ministry of Labor (MTE). Copies of welder qualification certificates are available upon request.
2. This Invoice covers welding services performed exclusively within the Federal District of Brazil Brasília. Any additional work outside the defined scope or location will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the client.
3. The welder team will comply with all environmental regulations of the DF government, including proper disposal of welding slag, spent shielding gas cylinders, and abrasive waste materials.
4. In the event of a dispute regarding the services rendered under this Invoice, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil Brasília, Federal District, Brazil.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this period, prices for welder labor and materials may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Brazil Brasília.
