Invoice Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by IronForge Welding Solutions Inc., a registered welding services company operating in Canada Toronto, Ontario. All welding services rendered by our certified welder team are performed in strict accordance with the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) standards, CSA W178 (Design and Fabrication of Steel Structures), and the Ontario Building Code.
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under the Ontario Business Corporations Act.
- Warranty: All welds performed by our welder crew carry a 24-month workmanship warranty from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers porosity, undercut, incomplete fusion, and cracking under normal service conditions.
- NDT Certification: All critical structural welds in Canada Toronto will be inspected via magnetic particle testing (MPT) or ultrasonic testing (UT) as specified in the project WPS. Certificates will be provided upon request.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice or the welding services described herein shall be resolved under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada Toronto jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
- Site Safety: The welder and crew will comply with all OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations set by the Ontario Ministry of Labour, including hot work permits, fume extraction, and PPE requirements on the Canada Toronto job site.
