Invoice Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or certified cheque to BC Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd., Vancouver, BC, Canada.
- Late Payment: A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) shall be applied to any outstanding balance past the due date, in accordance with the British Columbia Late and Interest Payment on Municipal Debts Act and applicable commercial law in Canada Vancouver.
- Welder Certification: All welding work performed under this Invoice was executed by a Welder holding a valid Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certification. Copies of the Welder's qualification records and procedure qualification records (PQRs) are available upon request and are on file with our office in Vancouver, BC.
- Warranty: BC Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd. provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all weld joints and fabricated components covered by this Invoice. Any defects arising from workmanship within this period in Canada Vancouver shall be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the laws governing commercial transactions in Vancouver, BC.
