Invoice Notes & Welder Certification Details
This Invoice covers all welding services rendered by the certified Welder Ricardo Torres Herrera during the period of May 1 through June 10, 2025, across multiple project sites in Colombia Bogotá. All welding work was performed in strict compliance with Colombian technical standards (NTC) and international AWS/ASME codes.
- The Welder holds valid certification from the American Welding Society (AWS) and is registered with the Colombian Ministry of Labor (Ministerio del Trabajo) for industrial welding operations.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with the Colombian Commercial Code (Código de Comercio). Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
