Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date via bank transfer to the account specified below. The payment must be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) to the following account: Banco de Bogotá, Account No. 016-456789-01, NIT 901.234.567-8, Andes Welding Solutions S.A.S., Medellín, Colombia. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to overdue balances. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the issue date. All Welder services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the terms of the master service agreement (Contract No. MSA-2025-012) executed between both parties in Colombia Medellín on January 15, 2025. The client acknowledges that all Welder personnel are properly certified, insured, and in compliance with Colombian labor regulations (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) and occupational safety standards (Resolución 0312 de 2019).
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
- All Welder services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the technical specifications approved by the client's engineering team and the applicable Colombia Medellín municipal building and industrial codes.
- Welder certifications (AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX) for all technicians listed in this Invoice are valid and on file. Copies are available upon request from our Medellín office.
- Welding quality reports, NDT results, and as-built weld maps will be delivered to the client within five (5) business days of project completion in Colombia Medellín.
- This Invoice does not include any additional Welder services, overtime, or material costs not explicitly listed above. Any scope changes must be documented via a formal change order signed by both parties.
- Andes Welding Solutions S.A.S. is a registered company in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, and this Invoice is issued in compliance with Colombian tax regulations (Estatuto Tributario) and DIAN electronic invoicing requirements (Facturación Electrónica).
