Invoice Notes & Welder Service Details
This Invoice confirms the professional welding services rendered by the certified Welder, Mr. Patrick Tshisekedi, operating under Kinshasa Industrial Welding Services, for the benefit of Congo Infrastructure Development Ltd. All welding work was performed in compliance with the structural welding codes applicable in DR Congo Kinshasa and international AWS/ISO standards.
The Welder utilized certified equipment including Lincoln Electric MIG machines, ESAB TIG inverters, and Miller SMAW power sources. All welds were executed in accordance with the approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and qualified Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) on file with the client's engineering department.

Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts listed may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation or changes in material costs within DR Congo Kinshasa.
- All welding services described in this Invoice were performed by a qualified and licensed Welder holding valid certification from the American Welding Society (AWS) and recognized by the DR Congo Ministry of Industry.
- The Welder warrants that all work will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion, provided the structures are maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the Kinshasa Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables and confirms that the welding work meets the specifications outlined in the original purchase order. This Invoice serves as the final settlement for the services described herein.
