Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Ababa Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd., a registered Welder services company operating in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code and the Federal Revenue Authority regulations.
Payment of the full Invoice amount of 730,387.50 ETB (Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Seven Birr and Fifty Cents) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Ethiopia Addis Ababa. Account Name: Ababa Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd. Account No: 1001-4521-7890-001. Reference: INV-AA-2025-0487.
A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, as stipulated in the service contract signed in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
Notes & Certifications
All welding work described in this Invoice was performed by a certified Welder holding valid AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Certification and Ethiopian Welding Society (EWS) registration. The Welder, Dawit Bekele, has over twelve years of experience in structural and industrial welding in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
All welds have been inspected and approved in compliance with Ethiopian National Standards (ENS) and the project specifications provided by the Addis Ababa Municipal Construction Authority. A copy of the Welder's certification and the NDT inspection reports are attached to this Invoice as Annex A and Annex B respectively.
This Invoice constitutes the final billing for Phase II of the Bole Interchange Expansion project. No additional charges shall be incurred unless a formal change order is issued and signed by both parties in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
Ababa Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd. warrants all welding work for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion, covering any defects in workmanship attributable to the Welder's performance.
