Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within 30 calendar days from the date of issue (14 June 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Soudure Pro Lyon SARL, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX, held at Banque Populaire, Lyon, France.
In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10). A late-payment penalty of 40 EUR shall also apply as stipulated by the same regulation.
All welding services described in this Invoice were performed by a certified welder holding valid CIGWES and EN ISO 9606-1 qualifications. The welder operated in full compliance with French occupational health and safety regulations (Code du travail) and the specific safety protocols of the Lyon, France construction site.
