Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days of the date of issue (30 June 2025) via bank transfer to the account of Paris Welding Solutions SARL. Bank details: BNP Paribas, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX.
Payment should reference Invoice number PWS-2025-00472. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10). The Welder reserves the right to suspend ongoing work if payment is not received by the due date.
All welding services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with French occupational health and safety regulations (Code du Travail) and the applicable European standards for welding in France Paris.
Notes & Certifications
The lead Welder, Marc Dupont, holds valid certifications from the French Welding Society (Société Française de Soudage) and is registered with the INRS (Institut National de Recherche et de Sécurité) for industrial welding operations in France Paris. All welds performed under this Invoice carry a 24-month structural warranty.
A copy of the welder's qualification certificate (EN ISO 9606-1, Class 1 & 2) and the NDT inspection report are attached to this Invoice as Appendices A and B respectively. The client may request additional documentation from the Welder's office at any time.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all welding services rendered by Paris Welding Solutions SARL for the referenced project in France Paris. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts specified herein unless a written change order is signed by both parties.
