This Invoice is payable within 14 calendar days from the date of issue (30 June 2025) via bank transfer to the account of Bayern Welding Solutions GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, Bank: Commerzbank Munich.
Please reference Invoice number BW-2025-00487 in all correspondence and payment remittances. Late payments are subject to statutory interest of 8% above the ECB base rate in accordance with German commercial law (HGB §288).
All welding services described in this Invoice were performed by TÜV-certified Welder personnel in full compliance with German occupational safety regulations (DGUV Vorschrift 1) and the specific technical requirements of the Germany Munich municipal engineering department.
Notes & Certifications
All Welder personnel assigned to this project hold valid personal certifications (DIN EN ISO 9606-1) and were re-qualified within the preceding 24 months. The lead Welder, Stefan Kowalski, holds a senior qualification in structural steel welding (Position 6G, 6GR) and has over 18 years of experience in Germany Munich infrastructure projects.
