Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled within 15 days from the date of issue (i.e., on or before 30 June 2025). Payment is to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Apex Welding Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Account No: 50200012345678, IFSC: HDFC0001234, HDFC Bank, Peenya Branch, Bangalore, Karnataka, India). A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applicable on the outstanding balance. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of generation. All welding services described herein were executed by certified Welder personnel in compliance with Indian Standards (IS) and applicable safety regulations of the Karnataka State Industrial Safety Authority.
Notes & Remarks
1. All Welder personnel deployed on this project hold valid certifications from the Indian Institute of Welding (IIW) and have undergone site-specific safety induction as mandated for operations in India Bangalore industrial zones.
2. The welding procedure specifications (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR) for all joint types are attached herewith as Annexure A to this Invoice.
3. Any additional welding work beyond the scope defined in the original purchase order (PO No: SNF/PO/2025/0112) will be billed separately via a supplementary Invoice.
4. This Invoice has been generated in accordance with the GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations applicable in India. The recipient is advised to verify the GSTIN and service details before claiming input tax credit.
