Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice covers all welding services performed by our certified Welder, Yossi Ben-David, at the designated construction site in Tel Aviv, Israel, during the period specified above. All work was executed in compliance with Israeli Standards (SII 1234, SII 5123) and AWS D1.1 structural welding codes.
2. The Welder was fully insured under IronForge Welding Solutions Ltd. liability policy (Policy No. IL-WLD-2025-0091) for the duration of the project in Tel Aviv. All personal protective equipment (PPE) was provided and maintained to Israeli occupational safety regulations (Ministry of Economy, Israel).
3. All welds were inspected and approved by the site engineer prior to final sign-off. Non-destructive testing (NDT) reports are attached to this Invoice as Appendix A and are available upon request.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025. In the event of a dispute regarding the scope of welding work, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Tel Aviv, Israel, in accordance with the Israeli Arbitration Law, 5728-1968.
5. IronForge Welding Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to issue a corrected Invoice in the event of a clerical error. The corrected Invoice shall bear the same reference number with a revision suffix.
6. All prices are quoted in New Israeli Shekels (ILS / ₪). This Invoice is subject to the VAT (Mazal) rate of 18% as mandated by the Israel Tax Authority.
