Late Payment: In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002, a late payment interest of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue amounts. Additionally, a fixed compensation of € 40.00 per Invoice will be charged for late settlement.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all professional Welder services rendered by WelderPro Italia S.r.l. at the designated construction site in Milan, Italy, for the period from 1 June 2025 to 15 June 2025. All welding operations have been performed in strict compliance with the Italian National Welding Standards (UNI EN ISO 3834-2), the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU), and the local Milan municipal building regulations.
