Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within 30 calendar days from the date of issue (15 June 2025), making the final due date 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the following account: IBAN IT60 X054 2811 1010 0000 0123 456, BIC: BLOPIT22, Bank: Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, Naples Branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Italian Civil Code Article 1284. In the event of non-payment by the due date, WeldPro Italia S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future welding services at the Italy Naples facility until full settlement is received. This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document under Italian fiscal regulations (DPR 633/1972) and must be retained for the statutory period of 10 years.
Notes & Certifications
All welding work described in this Invoice was executed by a qualified Welder holding current certifications issued by the Italian National Welding Society (SIN) and recognized under the UNI EN ISO 9606-1 standard. The Welder's personal qualification certificate number is SIN-WQ-2024-1187, valid through December 2026. All welds have been inspected and approved by the client's site engineer, Ing. Marco De Luca, as evidenced by the signed inspection log attached to this Invoice as Appendix A. The welding procedures followed are documented in WPS Nos. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Naples, Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
