Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 30 calendar days from the issue date (15 July 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to Ferramenta Roma S.r.l., IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 0123 456, BIC: BLOPIT22.
- Welder Certification: All welding work performed under this Invoice was executed by Giuseppe Ferrante, a certified welder holding valid EN ISO 9606-1 qualifications for processes FCAW (136), GTAW (141), and SMAW (111). Copies of the welder's certification records are attached as Appendix A to this Invoice.
