Payment Terms & Invoice Instructions

This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Kyoto Precision Welding Co., Ltd. at Mizuho Bank, Kyoto Central Branch, Account No. 214-558-901, Account Name: KYOTO PRECISION WELDING CO., LTD.

Please reference Invoice No. KPW-2025-04871 in all correspondence and remittance advices. Late payments are subject to a surcharge of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Japan Commercial Transactions Act. All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are subject to the consumption tax rate applicable in Japan Kyoto at the time of service delivery.

The Welder services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Japan Industrial Safety and Health Act, the Kyoto Prefecture Construction Standards, and all applicable JIS welding qualification requirements. The Welder, Mr. Sato Kenji, holds a valid JWW (Japan Welding Society) Level 3 certification and a valid work permit for operations within the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area.

Terms & Conditions

1. This Invoice constitutes the final billing for all Welder services rendered between May 2, 2025, and June 14, 2025, at the designated project sites within Japan Kyoto. No additional charges shall apply beyond those itemized above unless a written change order is executed by both parties.

2. All welding work performed by the Welder is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance by the Kyoto Municipal Infrastructure Authority. The warranty covers defects in weld integrity, porosity, cracking, or incomplete fusion attributable to the Welder's workmanship.

3. The client acknowledges that the Welder operated in accordance with all safety protocols mandated for construction sites in Japan Kyoto, including but not limited to hot-work permits, fire watch requirements, and personal protective equipment standards.

4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in the Kyoto District Court, Japan, in accordance with the Japanese Civil Code. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying service agreement is the law of Japan.

5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must contact the billing department of Kyoto Precision Welding Co., Ltd. to confirm the outstanding balance before the Invoice is written off as a receivable.
