Note: This Invoice covers all welding services performed by our certified welder team at the Kazakhstan Almaty metro construction site. All welders hold valid KST 1487 certifications and have completed the mandatory safety induction for Almaty municipal infrastructure projects. The total amount is payable in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.1% per day as per Kazakhstan Civil Code Article 317.

Terms & Conditions – Welder Services Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement No. TIC-2025-114 dated April 2, 2025, between Altai Welding & Fabrication Services LLP and Turkestan Industrial Construction JSC, both registered in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- All welder personnel assigned to this project hold current certifications under Kazakhstan National Standard KST 1487 and have passed the mandatory medical and safety examinations required for industrial welding operations in Almaty.
- The welder team shall comply with all occupational safety regulations issued by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including hot-work permits and confined-space entry protocols.
- Welding quality shall be verified through visual inspection (VT) and radiographic testing (RT) in accordance with KST 1487-2019. Any welder producing defective joints exceeding 3% rework rate shall be replaced at no additional cost to the client.
- This Invoice becomes due 30 days from the date of issue. In the event of non-payment, interest shall accrue at the rate prescribed by Kazakhstan Civil Code. The client may dispute line items within 14 business days of receiving this Invoice.
- All work performed under this Invoice is subject to the warranty period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance, covering weld integrity, porosity, and structural fatigue as defined in the project specification.
- Altai Welding & Fabrication Services LLP reserves the right to adjust the welder crew composition with prior written notice of 48 hours, provided that replacement welders meet or exceed the qualification level specified in this Invoice.
