Invoice Notes & Welder Certification Details
This Invoice covers all welding services rendered by our certified Welder team at the designated project site in Kenya Nairobi between 2 June 2025 and 13 June 2025. All welding work was performed in strict compliance with Kenyan Bureau of Standards (KEBS) regulations and AWS D1.1 structural welding codes.
The Lead Welder, Mr. David Ochieng, holds a valid AWS D1.1 Level III certification and has over 15 years of experience in structural and industrial welding across Kenya Nairobi and the broader East African region. All welders on this project are registered with the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) of Kenya.
All weld joints have been inspected and passed NDT testing. A full weld map and inspection report is attached as Appendix A to this Invoice. The client is advised to retain this documentation for future maintenance and compliance audits.
Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Due Date: This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via bank transfer to the account details below.

3. Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance shall apply to any amount not received by the due date, in accordance with the Kenyan Interest and Exchange Rates Act.
4. Warranty: All welding work covered by this Invoice carries a twelve (12) month structural warranty from the date of completion. Any defects in weld integrity arising from workmanship will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
5. Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya. The governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
6. Validity: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the amounts may be subject to revision based on prevailing material and labor costs in the Kenya Nairobi market.
