Invoice Terms & Conditions – Welder Services in Kuwait Kuwait City
- This Invoice is issued by Al-Nakheel Welding & Fabrication Co. for professional Welder services rendered in Kuwait Kuwait City. All welding work was performed by certified Welder personnel holding valid Kuwaiti trade licenses and AWS/ASME certifications.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial law.
- All Welder work completed under this Invoice is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in weld quality discovered within this warranty period shall be repaired at no additional cost by our Welder team in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- The Welder services described in this Invoice comply with all applicable Kuwaiti building codes, Kuwait Fire & Civil Defense regulations, and occupational health and safety standards mandated for industrial work in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City, in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice from our office in Kuwait Kuwait City.
