Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days of the issue date (30 June 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Welding & Fabrication Services, Bank: Attijariwafa Bank, IBAN: MA64 1111 2000 0123 4567 8901 23, Casablanca branch.
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Moroccan commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article L441-10).
The Welder services described in this Invoice are covered under our standard 12-month workmanship warranty. Any defects in weld quality identified within this period will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
All welding work performed in Morocco Casablanca complies with Moroccan National Standards (NM), European EN ISO 3834, and applicable OSHA-equivalent safety regulations enforced by the Moroccan Ministry of Industry.
Additional Notes & Remarks
This Invoice covers all welding and fabrication services rendered by our certified Welder team between 01 May 2025 and 10 June 2025 at the client's facilities in the Ain Sebaa industrial district of Casablanca, Morocco.
All welders assigned to this project hold valid certifications from the Moroccan Welding Institute (IMW) and international bodies (AWS, ASME). The lead Welder, Mr. Youssef Benali, possesses 18 years of experience in structural and pipeline welding across North Africa.
Welding procedure specifications (WPS) and welder performance qualifications (WPQ) are available upon request and are archived under project reference WLD-CAS-2025-089. Radiographic test reports for critical joints are attached to the project close-out documentation.
Should the client require additional welding work or a follow-up maintenance contract in Morocco Casablanca, a revised Invoice will be issued within 48 hours of the work order confirmation. Atlas Welding & Fabrication Services remains available for all future welding, fabrication, and metal repair needs throughout the Casablanca-Settat region.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a re-issued Invoice reflecting current pricing and tax rates will be generated.
