Invoice Notes & Payment Details
Payment Method: Bank Transfer – Nabil Bank Ltd., Kathmandu Branch, A/C No. 012-3456789-01, Account Name: Shree Himal Welding & Fabrication Services.
Payment Terms: 50% advance upon Invoice acceptance, 50% upon completion and sign-off of all welding work in Nepal Kathmandu.
Validity: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Rates are subject to revision based on Nepal Kathmandu market conditions for welding materials and labor.
Warranty: All structural welds performed by our certified Welder team carry a 24-month warranty against porosity, cracking, and incomplete fusion under normal usage conditions.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice represents the complete and final billing for all welding services rendered by our Welder team at the specified project sites within Nepal Kathmandu and its immediate periphery.
2. The Welder and all supporting personnel are fully insured under Nepal's social security framework. The client is not liable for any workplace injuries occurring during the execution of welding tasks.
3. All welding work shall conform to the Nepal Standards (NS) for structural steel, AWS D1.1, and applicable Nepal Kathmandu municipal building bylaws. Any deviation must be approved in writing by the client's structural engineer.
4. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to monsoon-related delays common in Nepal Kathmandu, the Welder team reserves the right to extend the project timeline by a reasonable period without penalty.
5. This Invoice must be settled in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). International payments, if required, shall be converted at the Nepal Rastra Bank's prevailing exchange rate on the date of transaction.
6. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Nepal Arbitration Act, 2055 (1998).
7. The client acknowledges that the Welder has provided all necessary safety equipment, including welding helmets, gloves, protective clothing, and respiratory protection, in compliance with Nepal Kathmandu occupational safety standards.
