The welder services rendered under this invoice are non-refundable once the work has been commenced on site in Netherlands Amsterdam.
Notes and Certifications
This invoice confirms that all welding work was performed by a certified welder (EN ISO 9606-1) operating in full compliance with Dutch and European welding standards. The welder maintained all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhered to the Arbowet (Dutch Occupational Health and Safety Act) throughout the project duration in Netherlands Amsterdam.
All welds are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of completion. Should any weld defects be identified within this warranty period, the welder will return to the site in Netherlands Amsterdam at no additional cost to perform corrective welding. This warranty is valid only for work performed under the conditions specified in this invoice.
