This Invoice is issued by Wellington Precision Welding Ltd. for professional Welder services rendered in and around New Zealand Wellington. The following terms govern this Invoice and the associated welding work:
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to Wellington Precision Welding Ltd., Account Name: Wellington Precision Welding Ltd., Bank: ANZ New Zealand, Account Number: 01-0378-0456789-00, Branch: 01-0378, Wellington CBD.
- Welder Certification: All welding work described in this Invoice was performed by a fully certified Welder holding valid AS/NZS 1554.1 and 1554.2 certifications. The Welder's licence number (NZW-2019-44782) is registered with the New Zealand Welding Institute and is current as of the date of this Invoice.
- Compliance: All welding operations conducted in New Zealand Wellington comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, the Building Act 2004, and all applicable local council regulations for the City of Wellington. Welding permits were obtained where required by the Wellington City Council.
