Payment Due: This Invoice is payable within 14 calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025. Full payment of 112,187.50 QAR is due no later than 29 June 2025.

Late Payment: A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance on this Invoice beyond the due date, in accordance with Qatar commercial law.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice or the Welder services rendered must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the Invoice date. Work will continue unless a formal hold notice is received.
1. This Invoice covers all Welder services performed by Al Noor Welding & Fabrication LLC at the QCIG project site in Qatar Doha during the period of 01 June 2025 to 14 June 2025. All Welder personnel are fully certified and hold valid Qatar Doha work permits and trade licenses issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
2. All welding work has been executed in strict compliance with the Qatar Doha municipal building regulations, QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications), and applicable international standards including AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, and ISO 3834. The Welder team adhered to all health, safety, and environmental protocols mandated for industrial operations in Qatar Doha.
3. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports for all critical welds, including radiographic testing (RT) and ultrasonic testing (UT), are attached as Appendices A through D to this Invoice. The Welder responsible for each weld joint is identified by their certification number on the weld map.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable changes in material costs or exchange rates. The client is advised to process payment before the expiry of this Invoice to avoid any administrative delays.
5. Al Noor Welding & Fabrication LLC provides a 12-month warranty on all structural welds performed by our certified Welder team in Qatar Doha. Any defects arising from workmanship within the warranty period will be rectified at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external forces, corrosion, or unauthorized modifications.
