Invoice Terms & Conditions – Welder Services, Saudi Arabia Jeddah
This Invoice (INV-2025-JED-00847) is issued by Al-Nakheel Welding & Fabrication Co. for professional Welder services rendered at the designated construction site in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The following terms govern this Invoice and the associated Welder engagement:
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Saudi Arabian commercial law.
- Welder Certification: All Welder personnel assigned to this project in Saudi Arabia Jeddah hold valid AWS D1.1, ASME IX, and Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) certifications. Certificates are available upon request and are attached to the project file.
- Scope of Work: The Welder services described in this Invoice cover structural welding, pipeline welding, stainless steel fabrication, and repair welding as itemized above. Any additional Welder work beyond the stated scope will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the client.
- Warranty: All welds performed by our Welder team carry a 12-month defect warranty from the date of final acceptance. This warranty applies to work performed in Saudi Arabia Jeddah under normal operational conditions.
- Health & Safety: The Welder team shall comply with all Saudi Arabian occupational health and safety regulations, including those enforced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. All Welder personnel are equipped with appropriate PPE and fume extraction systems.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Welder services provided shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision due to fluctuating material costs in the Saudi Arabia Jeddah market.
