Terms & Conditions – Invoice for Welder Services in Senegal Dakar
This Invoice is issued by Sahel Welding & Fabrication Ltd. for professional Welder services rendered and to be rendered at the Port of Dakar Expansion project site in Senegal Dakar. All welding operations shall comply with the American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1/D1.1M structural welding code and the relevant Senegalese industrial safety regulations enforced by the Direction du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale.
- Payment Terms: Payment of the full Invoice amount of 13,094,000 XOF (Thirteen Million Ninety-Four Thousand CFA Francs) is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Senegalese commercial law.
- Welder Certification: All Welder personnel assigned to this project in Senegal Dakar hold valid AWS, EN ISO 9606, or equivalent certifications. Copies of Welder qualification records are available upon request and are attached to the project quality file.
- Warranty: Sahel Welding & Fabrication Ltd. provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all Welder joints and structural weldments covered by this Invoice. Any defects in weld quality discovered within this period shall be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
- Site Safety: The Welder crew shall adhere to all site-specific safety protocols at the Port of Dakar. Personal protective equipment (PPE) including welding helmets, leather gloves, safety boots, and respiratory protection is mandatory. The client reserves the right to suspend work if safety standards are not met.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Welder services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, matters shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Dakar, Senegal.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on material cost fluctuations in the Senegal Dakar market.
