Invoice Terms & Conditions – Welder Services in Singapore Singapore
This Invoice (Ref: MW-2025-04871) is issued by Meridian Welding & Fabrication Pte. Ltd. for professional Welder services rendered at the client's designated site in Singapore Singapore. All welding operations were performed in strict compliance with the Singapore Standards (SS) 590, the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, and the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act of Singapore.
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to DBS Bank, Account No. 012-345678-9, in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Late payments shall incur interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Late Payment of Outstanding Debts Act (Singapore).
- Welder Certification: All Welder personnel assigned to this project hold valid certifications from the Singapore Welding Institute (SWI) and meet the competency requirements set forth by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Singapore. The Lead Welder, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, holds an AWS D1.1 Structural Welding qualification and a valid Singapore Work Permit (S Pass No. SP-2024-55678).
- Warranty: Meridian Welding & Fabrication Pte. Ltd. provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all Welder joints and fabricated components delivered under this Invoice. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but excludes damage caused by misuse, environmental corrosion beyond normal Singapore Singapore climate conditions, or unauthorised modifications.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) before proceeding to litigation in the Singapore courts. The governing law for this Invoice is the law of the Republic of Singapore.
- Welder Safety Compliance: All Welder operations conducted in Singapore Singapore adhered to the WSH (Noise) Regulations, WSH (Fumes, Dust and Mists) Regulations, and the relevant BCA fire safety guidelines. A comprehensive Risk Assessment Methodology (RAM) was submitted and approved prior to commencement of welding activities.
- Invoice Validity: This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client is requested to contact our billing department to confirm the outstanding balance and any applicable adjustments.
