- This invoice is issued by Cape Town Precision Welding & Fabrication (Pty) Ltd for welding and fabrication services rendered by the assigned welder, Mr. Thabo Nkosi, in the Cape Town, South Africa region during the period of 2 June 2025 to 12 June 2025.
- All welding work has been completed and inspected. The welder has signed off on each item confirming compliance with applicable SANS (South African National Standards) and client specifications.
- A 12-month warranty is provided on all structural welds. Should any weld defect attributable to workmanship appear within this period, the welder will return to the site in Cape Town at no additional cost to rectify the issue.
- Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per the National Credit Act of South Africa.
