Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days of the issue date (30 June 2025). Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Please reference Invoice number BWS-2025-0487 in all correspondence and payment instructions. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004). This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. All welding work performed by our welder team is guaranteed for a period of 24 months against defects in workmanship, in accordance with the terms of the master service agreement signed on 01 January 2025.
Notes & Compliance Statement
All welding services described in this Invoice were carried out by a certified welder holding valid qualifications under the European standard EN ISO 9606-1 and the Spanish national certification body (ENAC). The welder, Sr. Javier Ortega, holds certification for processes FCAW (351), GMAW (135), and GTAW (141) on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium alloys up to 40mm thickness.
All work was performed in full compliance with the Spanish Occupational Health and Safety regulations (Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) and the local Barcelona municipal building codes. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports for all critical welds are attached as Annex A to this Invoice and are available upon request. The welder team adhered to all environmental regulations regarding fume extraction and waste disposal as mandated by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the project referenced above. No additional charges will be incurred unless a formal change order is issued and signed by both parties.
