Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Madrid Welding Solutions S.L. at Banco Santander, IBAN: ES91 0049 0001 5320 0000 0000, BIC: SABDESESXXX.
In the event of late payment, interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004) shall apply. The client acknowledges that this Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Welder services rendered in Spain Madrid during the period of 2 June 2025 to 13 June 2025.
All welding work performed by our certified Welder team complies with the applicable Spanish and European standards, including UNE-EN ISO 3834, CTE (Código Técnico de la Edificación), and the specific technical specifications agreed upon in Contract No. CI-2025-112.
Notes & Additional Information
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) requirements for electronic invoicing (Factura Electrónica). A digital copy has been registered in the SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información) system.
2. The Welder services described herein were performed by qualified personnel holding valid certifications recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Industry. All welders operating in Spain Madrid hold current EN ISO 9606-1 qualifications.
3. The client is advised to retain this Invoice for their accounting records. In case of any discrepancy, please contact our billing department within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
4. All work completed in Spain Madrid was subject to the applicable local regulations, municipal permits, and safety protocols mandated by the Comunidad de Madrid.
5. This Invoice does not include any additional work or modifications requested after the original scope was defined. Any supplementary services will be billed via a separate Invoice document.
