Notes & Compliance Statement
All welding services described in this Invoice were performed by a certified Master Welder holding valid EN ISO 9606-1 qualifications and AWS D1.1 structural welding certifications. The Welder operated in strict compliance with the Spanish Royal Decree 1215/1997 on industrial safety and the Valencia regional occupational health regulations.
All welds were inspected and documented per the quality plan agreed upon with Construcciones Mediterráneo S.A. Non-destructive testing (NDT) reports, weld maps, and material traceability certificates are available upon request and are referenced in the project file stored at our Valencia, Spain facility.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the Welder services rendered during the stated period. No additional charges will be applied unless a formal change order is executed in writing by both parties prior to the commencement of any additional work.
