Important: This Invoice covers all welding services rendered by our certified Welder team at the Sri Lanka Colombo Port City Dockyard between 02 June and 13 June 2025. All welder work has been inspected and approved by the client's site engineer. No additional charges will be applied beyond this Invoice unless a written change order is issued.
Terms & Conditions – Welder Services in Sri Lanka Colombo
1. All welding work performed by our Welder personnel in Sri Lanka Colombo shall comply with AWS D1.1, ISO 3834, and Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) regulations. The Welder team is fully certified and insured for industrial operations within the Sri Lanka Colombo metropolitan area.
2. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Late payments beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, as per Sri Lanka commercial law.
3. The Welder services described in this Invoice are subject to the master service agreement (Contract No. SLC-WLD-2025-0089) signed between both parties. In the event of any discrepancy between this Invoice and the contract, the contract terms shall prevail.
4. All materials and consumables listed in this Invoice have been sourced from approved suppliers in Sri Lanka Colombo. Material test certificates (MTC) are available upon request and are attached to the project file at our Sri Lanka Colombo office.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka Colombo under the Sri Lanka Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995. The jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka Colombo shall apply.
6. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of final structural integrity. The Welder work is warranted for 12 months from completion against defects in workmanship only, as stipulated in the master agreement.
