This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Electronic Invoices and the e-invoicing standards mandated for Switzerland Zurich commercial entities.
Notes & Certifications
1. All welding work performed by the assigned Welder, Thomas Berger, complies with EN ISO 3834-2 (Comprehensive quality requirements) and the applicable Swiss SIA 262/263 standards for structural steelwork in Switzerland Zurich.
2. The Welder holds a valid personal certification (EN ISO 9606-1) covering all processes and materials specified in this Invoice. A copy of the Welder qualification certificate is attached as Appendix A.
3. All welder joints have been inspected and approved by the site supervisor. The NDT report (dye penetrant and visual) is available upon request and is referenced under document number NDT-2025-0612.
4. This Invoice covers all labor, materials, and consumables for the welding scope described above. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope in Switzerland Zurich will be subject to a separate change-order Invoice.
5. The Welder and all equipment operated in full compliance with Swiss occupational safety regulations (ArG, ArGVV) and the specific safety protocols of the Switzerland Zurich industrial zone where work was performed.
6. Warranty: A 24-month warranty is provided on all welder workmanship from the date of final acceptance. This warranty is valid for work performed within Switzerland Zurich and its surrounding cantonal jurisdiction.
