Terms & Conditions – Welder Services Invoice
This Invoice governs all welding services rendered by SteelForge Welding Solutions Co., Ltd. at the designated Thailand Bangkok project site. All welder personnel assigned to this contract hold valid certifications from the Thai Welding Society (TWS) and comply with ISO 9606-1 international welder qualification standards.
- All welder work shall be performed in strict accordance with the approved welding procedure specifications (WPS) and the project engineering drawings provided by Siam Industrial Construction Group.
- The welder team shall adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations enforced by the Department of Labour, Ministry of Labour, Thailand, and site-specific safety protocols at the Thailand Bangkok location.
- Any variation in scope of welder services beyond the quantities stated in this Invoice must be approved in writing by the client's site supervisor before additional work commences.
- Warranty on all completed welder joints is 12 months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal operating conditions.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After expiry, a revised Invoice reflecting current market rates for welder labour and consumables in Thailand Bangkok will be issued.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with Thai commercial law.
