Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Method: Bank Transfer (Havale/EFT) to the account of İstanbul Welding & Fabrication Ltd., Ziraat Bankası, Istanbul Branch. IBAN: TR33 0001 0002 3456 7890 1234 56.
Due Date: Full payment of this invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the issue date, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) Article 30.
Welder Service Guarantee: All welding work performed by our certified welder team in Istanbul, Turkey, carries a 24-month structural integrity warranty. Any weld defect discovered within this period shall be repaired at no additional cost by our welder team.
Currency: All amounts are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY). In the event of foreign currency settlement, the exchange rate shall be the TCMB (Central Bank of Turkey) selling rate on the date of payment.
Additional Notes & Welder Certification Details
This invoice covers all welding services rendered by our qualified welder team across multiple sites in Istanbul, Turkey, during the period of 1 May 2025 to 14 June 2025. All welders assigned to this project hold valid certifications from the American Welding Society (AWS), the European Welding Federation (EWF), and the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE/TS EN ISO 9606-1). The lead welder, Murat Kaya, holds a Level 3 AWS D1.1 Structural Welding qualification and a TSE-certified welder license valid through December 2026.
All welding procedures were executed in strict compliance with the Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) approved by the client's engineering team and in accordance with TS EN 1090-2 (Execution of Steel Structures) and TS EN 15085 (Welding of Railway Applications) where applicable. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports for all critical welds are attached as Appendix A to this invoice and are available upon request at our Istanbul office.
Should the client require additional welder hours, emergency welder dispatch, or specialized welding processes (such as friction stir welding, laser welding, or robotic welding) at any of the Istanbul project locations, a supplementary invoice will be issued within 48 hours of service completion. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. For any disputes regarding the scope of welder services or billing, the parties agree to resolve matters through the Istanbul Arbitration Institute (İstanbul Tahkim Merkezi) in accordance with its rules.
