Invoice Notes & Welder Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Al Noor Welding & Fabrication LLC, a registered Welder services company operating in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi, in accordance with the scope of work defined under Contract No. EIS-2025-0034. All welding operations described herein were executed by a certified Welder holding valid AWS and ISO certifications, and all work was performed in full compliance with the UAE Civil Defence regulations and the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) safety standards.
The Welder team operated between 06:00 and 18:00 local time (GST, UTC+4) over a period of 18 working days at the client's facility in Khalifa Industrial Zone 1, United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. All welds were inspected and approved prior to final handover. The Welder has provided a 12-month warranty on all structural welds against porosity, cracking, and lack of fusion defects.
Payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Please reference Invoice No. ANW-2025-00847 in all correspondence and remittances. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per UAE Commercial Transactions Law.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Federal Commercial Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 18 of 1993) as amended.
- All Welder services rendered are subject to the quality assurance plan approved by the client's third-party inspection agency in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- The Welder shall maintain full liability insurance coverage (minimum AED 5,000,000) for the duration of the project and for 12 months post-completion.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Welder services shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC).
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Emirates NBD Bank, Account Name: Al Noor Welding & Fabrication LLC, IBAN: AE07026000000000452180000, SWIFT: EMBAEADN. Please quote the Invoice number on all remittances.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Welder reserves the right to re-quote material costs due to market fluctuations in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi industrial sector.
